Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons: We require your full name, email address and phone number so we may contact you to confirm your booking details and provide you with a quote. We keep a record of your previous bookings so we may offer promotional discounts for returning customers. We may share this information with Transport for London.

Your information is securely stored. We keep client information for 2 years. We will then dispose your information by permanently deleting the data from our mail servers.
