How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

We require your full name, email address and phone number so we may contact you to confirm your booking details and provide you with a quote. We keep a record of your previous bookings so we may offer promotional discounts for returning customers.

We may share this information with Transport for London.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep client information for 2 years. We will then dispose your information by permanently deleting the data from our mail servers.

  7. You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
